Description:  A new term to bring greater awareness of a concept

Idea:

To have a term for “the difference between the total compensation of the head of a company versus total compensation of the lowest paid worker of the company”.

The term must be a layman word - simple to say and remember.

Confidence:  9

Should be relatively simple to come up with a good word for it.  As the Middle class continues to shrink in the “modern economy” of old-age developed countries, this will be something thought of more and more.

Additional Comment(s):

When we put a word to something, we make it tangible.  We make it so we, and our communities, are  much better able to grasp the concept, and from there take action.
