New "Robot wars" competition.




End step is "nano" robots use energy to construct themselves, and feed off the energy to destroy the other robots.



Initial step is-


there are multiple sources of energy (a small fan, a lamp giving off natural light,

maybe some sort of other moving "stream" to harness.



Designers build a robot or robots capable of harnessing the given energy and destroying the other robot(s).  The only limit is mass.


-no supplied energy othe(including most forms of potential energy). All energy has to be harvested from the sources.

Baby is loved and protected in the parents arms.



Baby is allowed to crawl and explored near the parents and is shown to be a little older.



Baby looks out and crawls away a bit.  Looks back and sees that the safety of the parents are still there.



As the baby moves away the baby gets older and older, slowly becoming an adult. 



Routinely looks back and sees the safety is still there.

Safe harbour- the children can explore and learn how to sail, knowing there is safe harbour to come back to.

On chasing general relativity down the rabbit hole of quantum mechanics.






There's been much energy invested in attempting to create a "Theory of everything."



A problem that I've thought of is the problem of chasing down the cause of emergent properties by looking closer and closer into the

practically infinite amount of building blocks that collectively create these properties.*





Using exaggeration as an Example:



Take a property that is an emergent attribute of a "mass"


The property emerges from an infinite amount of "cells"


As you dissect the mass into smaller and smaller parts, the ability to see that which creates the property

becomes more and more difficult to see;


So that when you've delved down to the level of infinite, that which collectively creates this property

is impossible to see.





This is like chasing relativity down the rabbit hole of quantum mechanics.  Humans dig and dissect in an attempt to get answers,

yet the more we dig and dissect, the more those answers elude us.






*Additionally this is saying nothing about the interaction of "cells", the information on which is lost through a enough dissection.

An ethereal environment/ambience





The woman is standing and is a white ambiguous shroud with a female's form.  She has her hands out. 



The male comes to her, kneels before her, and lays his head on her thighs.



Her arms move to together slightly (not an embrace)









An attempt at visualy representing what, in our very hearts, the human female yearns for in the embodiement of the male spirit





The male spirit is solid.  Reliable.  Imposing (his spirit affects the environment around him).  He has his hands outstretched



The woman comes to him standing, his arms come around her (but not an embrace) in a supportive way.

Performance Art





"Mediocre"




A sublime music is playing in the background.  (None of the beautiful dancers are dancing to the sublime music)



A female (not thin. doesn't look like a "dancer", average build.  Fit, but not thin.)


 is sitting on the floor looking up.  Quickly a woman appears, beautiful in face and body and dressed extravagantly.


She dances before the girl/female and the female is awed.  Another woman appears, differently attired but still beautiful and


also dancing, but dancing a different way.   Soon she's almost surrounded.  Beautiful women in extravagant clothes, all dancing beautifully,


but all dancing a different way.



Lights on the the dancers flash out. 


Just the girl is shown she's looking forward. 



She slowly looks up.  The lights flash back on the dancers.  The lights on the dancers flash out again. 



She slowly starts to get up.  The lights flash on the dancers again.  The lights flash out again. 



She slowly stands almost straight up (a slight crouch).  The lights flash on the dancers again.



She puts one arm across her head as to shield herself (from getting hurt) from the dancers.



She stumbles.  Overwhelmed by the dancers.  Her step, almost dance-like, is stumbling, awkward, unsure.



She attempts to mimic the different dances of multiple dancers, and just stumbles awkwardly.



The lights flash out.



The lights flash back on.  She's standing (not fulling standing- slight slouch).



She tries again a few of the dances she saw the other dancers dance, and trips, stumbles the same way.



After a pause, she cocks her head and listens...


She easily starts to flow with the music.


Her dance becomes something that is simple yet beautiful.


The lights flash out.  


They flash back on and the female is shown dancing among the other dancers, but now the other


dancers have no makeup that makes them look beautiful, and no extravagant clothes.  They look as simple as the female.

Person (female persona) leans towards the boy, (her) head bowed forward.  She puts her hands to the boy's head.  "It's okay"
