Idea:  


Title:  “The person that lived 1000 lives”

A book that is told openly and honestly

The person lives many lives and retains his memory throughout.

They try different ways of living.

Lives focused on stimulation, materialism, attaining power, attaining fame.  During these earlier lives they have periods where they actually have belief mind-sets to justify their ways-of-living.  (This is a value of society, therefore it is a good thing.  I have it, or am striving for it, so I’m doing well and am happy; Those people mean us harm, I am going there to kill them, I am doing the right thing).

At the end of each life the person reviews the life.

Many prove fun initially, but sour, and are not truly fulfilling.

So they try different ways of living, then after a long time settle on a way.  A way in which whatever the story of each life takes, and among other things*, they follow love (even dying in the act of following love); being very happy with each review of a love-following life.
