A water circulation system for a house or building with a cooling system on the top of the system (where applicable), and a heating system on the bottom of the system (where applicable).
All made with relatively low-cost material.
Tubing from top to bottom is low-heat-conductivity and insulated.
Tubing from bottom to top has high heat conductivity and has fractal fanning with conductive material (similar to a radiator, but with "branching").
Heating and cooling units have to be in-line at vertical segments.
System is embedded within the outer walls.
The priority is a continual circular movement through the system, with the cooler water traveling to the bottom of the system, and the warmer water traveling to the top of the system.
